Our 100% Pure Colombian coffee beans are taken from the premium F6 Supremo variety not its inferior excelso variety many commercial blenders use. The Supremo crop is generally grown in the High Andes and prized for its sweetness and nutty overtones, we roast this to a medium roast releasing a smooth full bodied cup.
Bursting with brilliant aromas, this bean delivers a superb balance of flavour and body, and has gentle hints of delicious full tropical fruits with a crisp acidity.Supreme in every way this unique Colombian bean crop is a perfectly balanced single origin coffee that is sure not to disappoint.
This coffee is unusual in Colombia in that it can be traced to a specific farm. Due to the enormous variety of coffee flavours available in Colombia it has become the mission of the speciality coffee industry to discover and separate coffee from the very best individual producers – a move that is bringing dividends to coffee growers and coffee lovers alike.
